Little giggles

Little giggles Singing and movement group for babies and preschool aged children, plus Refreshments. All our sessio They even begin to know which ones might come next.

Do you remember songs and rhymes you heard or sang as a child? Maybe it was Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, or Incy Wincy Spider? Those favourite rhymes and songs often stay with you even as an adult, like jingles used in a television advert. When you sing to a baby or toddler they listen and concentrate by following the words and actions. As they hear the same sounds and rhythm of songs, poems and jingles over and over again they are already developing their speech and language. Our sessions are for everyone from birth to 5 years and we’ve developed a fun-packed, high-energy experience that babies, children and parents love. Our friendly, relaxed sessions provide an opportunity for families to enjoy singing as a social activity and a chance to meet new friends. Music has been shown to have a huge impact on children's development and it's important to start as early as possible. Listening to music is good, but participating in music-making is even better.

Some of you will remember Aimee who used to run little giggles with me. Super excited to announce she is starting up new role play sessions in Essex and Suffolk.
‘My Little Village’ runs fun imaginary role play sessions where your child’s imagination can run wild, from looking after animals in the vets or dressing as a police person to driving to the village shop to get groceries, not forgetting making a pizza at the village pizzeria. Sessions are designed for walking to 5years old. Based on a village set up your child can choose where they play and who they are. Will they be an ice cream seller at the festival or a farmer growing vegetables.

Session details will be announced soon but cover Colchester , Ipswich, Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds.
