Calories are not everything people,The nutritional quality of the food we consume is more important for those future goals but more importantly for your health.
**FOOD QUALITY COUNTS**
Absolute peach here!
According to the Slimming World APP, you are better off having a can of cider over an avocado if you want to save your 'Syns'
Now I am all for creating a calorie deficit for fat loss but I am also for creating healthy clients!
This is just crazy and only happens when you look at foods from a complete calorific number only approach.
Completely neglecting any health benefits from fibre, healthy fats, vitamin and minerals - you know all the stuff that helps you stay alive!
I doubt the cider even has any fruit in it!
Yes be aware of the calorie content of foods but do yourself a favour and look at food quality too, in 20 years time you will thank yourself for having that chicken and avocado salad over a cider and Jager bombs for lunch!

12 weeks of hard graft, juggling work, holidays and social events. Nutrition took a few weeks to master but Amanda is now smashing it.
