STRETCHING

We finish every Dance Foundation class with a deep stretch with adaptations for every dancer.

Stretching has so many benefits including;

🤸‍♀️improved posture

🏃‍♀️‍➡️injury prevention

💆‍♀️ stress relief

ZOË

Zoe gained a First Class degree in BA Hons Musical Theatre from University Centre Colchester and has been dancing since she was 3 doing ISTD Gradings in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Ballroom and Latin
 
Since graduating, Zoe is a professional dancer performing as a backup dancer for tributes, events and brunches. She also runs her own performing arts company alongside teaching dance for different schools in the Colchester area.

Here we have Emily!

Emily gained her Diploma in Musical Theatre and Dance at The Wilkes Academy and has been dancing since she was 3.
 
Her dancing knowledge varies from Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern,Commercial Contemporary and Musical Theatre.
 
Since graduating, Emily has focused on different professional dance contracts such as television show The Greatest Dancer and continues to show a passion for teaching dance around Colchester.
