If you'd like to try Nordic Walking, here at Colchester Striders we can offer you a £5 Taster session including pole-hire.

You come for a 10 minute crash-course before joining our group warm-up and then onto a walk to see what it is like to walk in one of our groups. If you like it and want to carry on, we'll get you onto one of our training sessions, so you can carry on walking and improving your Nordic Walking technique. You will also be welcome to bring a coffee (or buy one from The Highwoods Country Park Visitor Centre) and join in our post-walk social session. We have walks at three different levels, so your ability will be catered for.

Contact Angela King on 07971 177769 or [email protected] to book onto a Taster.
