😊 Tomorrow is a brilliant reminder that even the smallest actions can make someone’s day a little brighter. 💛

A smile. A kind word. Including someone. A thoughtful surprise. Small actions can create BIG ripples.

So, Agents of Change… get curious about what makes people happy, get creative with ways to spread a little joy, and be courageous enough to make the first move.

Could World Smile Day® inspire your next AOC project? 😊✨

✨ Small action. Big impact. Start with a smile.

🏃‍♀️🌳 THIS is why we love junior parkrun UK! 🌳🏃‍♂️

The latest junior parkrun impact research shows just how powerful a simple free 2km on a Sunday morning can be — helping children get active, build confidence, connect with others and feel part of their community. 💚

And that is EXACTLY why Agents of Change has been so proud to champion junior parkrun.

From our huge AOC junior parkrun takeover at Colchester junior parkrun, to our summer distance challenge, we’ve seen first-hand that this is about so much more than running.

✨ Run it.
✨ Walk it.
✨ Volunteer.
✨ Cheer.
✨ Belong.

It’s children, families and communities getting outside and doing something positive together.

Have a read of the junior parkrun Impact Report 👇 — it’s a brilliant reminder that small actions, repeated week after week, can create a BIG impact. 💙🌍

And if your family hasn’t tried junior parkrun yet… maybe this Sunday is the one! 👟

The impact of junior parkrun 📊

From 43 new events in the UK to 1.5 million barcodes scanned, it’s been a big year!

Every success is thanks to the continued support from the London Marathon Foundation and our amazing volunteers 🧡

✏️✨This year’s theme is WONDER — and what better reason to stop, look around and let your curiosity take over? 💭

Wonder about nature. 🌿 Wonder about people. Wonder about our planet. 🌍 Wonder about something you’d love to change.

Then turn those thoughts into words! Write a poem, perform it, illustrate it or use your voice to make others stop and think.

Agents of Change… get curious, get creative and be courageous.

Could your words inspire change? ✨

✨ Today’s the day! Let’s Talk Trash 2026! 🌍♻️

Today, children will explore, question, create, problem-solve and hopefully leave Braxted Park Estate buzzing with ideas.

But we don’t want that excitement to stop when they get back on the coach. The event creates the spark. Agents of Change helps schools turn that spark into action afterwards. 🔥

With follow-on projects, lessons and ready-to-use resources, today’s ideas can become tomorrow’s actions, campaigns and changes back in school and beyond. Because inspiration is brilliant. Inspiration followed by ACTION is where change happens. 💚

🌍 WHAT IF WE COULD LEARN TO LIVE with NATURE, NOT AGAINST IT?

Today, How to Live on Earth, presented by Benedict Cumberbatch, premieres FREE on YouTube. 🎬🌱

It’s packed with hopeful stories and big ideas about how people around the world are working with nature to create a better future. And that sounds very Agents of Change to us. 💚

Watch. Get curious. Feel inspired. Then ask yourself… ✨ What could YOU change? Because big change can start with one small action.
