Well done juniors, we had a lovely session of Judo Improving games and everyone worked extremely hard in a very warm.

A great morning for our Colchester Dragons club in Felixstowe, all Judoka worked extremely hard and had some wonderful battles on the tatame, they should all be very proud of themselves, I know we are Chris Donovan Katy Cox Dan Cross

Well done to Otto for Judoka of the night.
Along with everyone else he worked extremely hard, working on competition tactics and lots of transitional randori.

The senior session was taken by Chris D, also working on competition techniques, grip control and ground control, we then finished off with newaza and randori, as usual a thoroughly enjoyable session at FDJC. Great work everyone 💪🥋
