2 great sessions tonight,
A solid randori night for junior class tonight, every single junior absolutely worked their socks off,
Newaza, transitional newaza and full on randori.
Also 2 newbies tonight.
Well done to Harrison and Andrei for Judokas of the night.

Seniors was run by Dan, a solid warm up. Followed by 2 x 2 minute circuits of newaza, crash mat nagekomi and uchikomi. Then a little break to work on San gaku, finishing off with lots of randori and 2 final rounds of newaza, a great conditioning class.
Great work everyone 💪🥋
