A group of year 6 children have been taking part in the voluntary Community Challenge Award. They have researched a local place of interest, learnt new skills, volunteered 2 hours of their time to help others and have been creative! The children that met all of the deadlines, were rewarded with the team building day at Prances Cottage. Thank you to Miss Polley, Mrs Howell, Miss Latham and Miss Cotterill for supporting on the day.
I hope the children in year 5 will want to take part next year. Mrs Walker

EYFS Outdoor Area
The EYFS outside area has been renovated using Tesco Stronger Starts money. Mrs Heard worked exceptionally hard to create a vision for this, as well as having to complete a detailed funding bid application. A huge thank you to Mr Moody (one of our school governors), who built the amazing mud kitchen. The area is transformed! Here are some before and after photographs.
