👩‍💻 Young people Ages 14-18, living in Suffolk
💷 FREE

Over three days, the group will explore some of the stories, legends and hidden history of Framlingham Castle, learn filmmaking skills and work together to create a short film.

No previous filmmaking experience is needed at all. It’s really for anyone who is interested in film, history, storytelling or just trying something creative.

Applications are now open for History Behind the Haunts, a free 3-day filmmaking School for young people aged 14–18.

Over three days, the group will explore some of the stories, legends and hidden history of Framlingham Castle, learn filmmaking skills and work together to create a short film.

No previous filmmaking experience is needed at all. It’s really for anyone who is interested in film, history, storytelling or just trying something creative.

The project will take place on 29th, 30th and 31st October at Framlingham Castle and is completely free to take part in.

Participants will be capturing images that reflect their own ideas, interests and surroundings.

Participants can bring their own camera or borrow one of ours and experiment with how different moments can be seen and recorded through a lens. 🖼️
