Fun 4 Kids at St Michael's Fun 4 Kids at St Michael's oprerates before and after school and is based in a demountable classroom

Children attending breakfast club are offered a variety of nutritious food choices such as toast, healthy cereal and porridge. After school there is something delicious on the snack menu every day such as fruit and vegetables, pitta pizzas, soup, pasta, beans on tast etc
The children are encouraged to contribute their ideas for the weekly snack menu. We plan for childrens individual needs and welcome the children’s input in our weekly planning and encourage them to become actively involved in the running of our club by suggesting topics and activities for us to engage with. Fun 4 Kids supports a diverse community and values all who use the service. One of our core values is supporting the mental health and wellbeing of the children within the club. We encourage the children to take part in our ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ which involves supporting the development of each child’s emotional intelligence through communication and art, as well as by role modelling strategies and skillset to help them resolve big emotions! The team at the club are DBS and reerence checked, hold First Aid Certificate and have had safeguarding training to the appropriate levels. Most staff are highly qualified with lots of experience offering a great all round service, they have a great partnership with parents and good links with all three schools. Fun 4 Kids is a busy and popular club always in high demand.

We hope everyone had a good Christmas! We enjoyed our first week back at Fun4Kids. Our theme has been all about winter this week, The children have created their own winter scenes and played with our ice trays. A big fan this week has also been pompom making!

As we come to the end of another fun filled year at Fun 4 Kids, we would like to say a big thank you for being part of our wonderful community.
We have loved sharing so many smiles, stories, giggles, and special moments with your children throughout the year.
Watching the children learn, grow, make friends, and have fun each day is truly special and we are so grateful for your trust and ongoing support.
We wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas filled with laughter, love, and magic, and a New Year full of happiness, health, and exciting new adventures.
