Our students got hands-on with one of Britain’s most iconic treats today — making traditional scones! From mixing and baking to enjoying the final results together, it was a fantastic way to experience British culture while making new friends from around the world.

We had a fabulous Christmas party at ILC Colchester with our wonderful host families who have supported us all year by welcoming students from all over the world. A huge thank you to Rodica for organising such a lovely event, and to John for the fantastic quiz that brought so much joy. We even chose the best cake and enjoyed some fun raffles too—a truly delightful evening! 🎄✨
