**DEADLIFTS***
-Benefits of Deadlifts-
Deadlifting can increase core strength, core stability and improve your posture. Deadlifting trains most of the muscles in the legs, lower back and core. These are all muscles responsible for posture, which will help keep your shoulders, spine, and hips in alignment.
-Correct Technique-
Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, grasp the bar with your hands just outside your legs.
Lift the bar by driving your hips forwards, keeping a flat back. Lower the bar under control.
Next time your deadlifting make sure you take the time to check your technique before lifting heavy!!!

New Squat PB 160kg🔥

Today was the first time I’ve attempt 100kg over my head! Nerves got the better of me and fatigue.
Looking and observing my lift, I now know what I need to do to succeed and complete the lift.
