CALLING ALL FINAL YEAR STUDENTS!
Now that you are approaching your final exams it is time to start thinking about your next steps. One option that could be of interest to you is based here at the University of Essex. The Student Engagement Team is hiring Project Workers to work within departments to initially help new students settle in during their first few weeks at Essex, and also to improve student attainment and satisfaction for all students.
The role is available to all final year undergraduate students who graduate in 2017. You can find the advert and application form on Career Hub and the applications close on 10 May. https://careerhub.essex.ac.uk/students/jobs/detail/232165/project-worker-student-engagem. Interviews will be taking place in early to mid June, with the role itself starting in early September and lasting until March 2018 (exact dates TBC).
This is a great opportunity for you to gain some valuable skills and experience while also making a positive change to student’s lives here at Essex.
