What an adventure! 🚂 Our first outing of the year. The children walked safely all the way to Poplar Nurseries and had not one but two rides on their train! Chagga chagga choo choo... 😊 we are so proud of all the children, they walked so beautifully and safely all the way there and back, they held our hands and they listened to instructions. We enjoyed a little treat afterwards. Thank you to all the parents helpers, we couldn't have done it without you 🙏

We made our own banana bread for snack! Very healthy, no sugar just dates&banana, dairy free to cater for allergies. It was delicious! The children practised some of their skills while peeling, mashing, cutting, whisking, scraping, stirring, sieving, mixing or squeezing. Lots of new words, great sharing and excellent following of different instructions. 👏

Pirate week! Look what we have been up to - we made our very own pirate ship, we searched for treasure indoors&outdoors, we dressed up as pirates, we painted telescopes, made pirate hats, explored under the sea world, walked the plank, read pirate stories, learned many songs and much more. Have a great weekend everyone!

Our first week back - We had a great day celebrating National Teddy bear day with various fun activities and a teddy bear picnic 🐻 The children explored both of our outdoor areas using bikes and trikes, practising their ball skills, splashing in a water tray, balancing on beams, climbing up the steps and sliding down, singing or painting. What a fab first week!
