Founded in 2015, iSign Learning & Development (ISLD) is an innovative deaf led organisation.
ISLD is a new teaching environment, for anyone wanting to learn the basics of British Sign Language (BSL) to those wishing to develop their skills and progress further. ISLD offers training in BSL Levels 1,2,3,6, BSL Taster Sessions, workshops and Deaf Awareness Training; all of which are under the guidance and support of the most engaging and committed instructors around.

As you can see from the photo, Jason the hearing dog was also an important member of the class, attending every week alongside the group.

ISLD would like to congratulate this student on achieving her Level 6 qualification in BSL!
She came to ISLD to complete the final one of her six assessments after transferring from another centre. Throughout her studies, she has shown incredible commitment, determination, and hard work.
To celebrate her achievement, she received flowers and a gift card, which were very well deserved. I was also delighted to receive a lovely thank-you card from her-take a look at the photo!
