Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) – September Start

Are you passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team from September.
At Bluebell Pre-School, we pride ourselves on providing a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore. We are seeking someone who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality early years education and care.

Working Hours
• Monday & Friday: 8:15am – 3:45pm
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45am – 3:45pm

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Act as a Key Person, supporting children's individual learning journeys.
• Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's development.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.
• Support children's emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence.

What We're Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, positive, and professional approach.
• First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications are desirable.

The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:-
* Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
* Keyperson.
* Supporting children’s individual learning and development needs.
* Providing high-quality care and education for children.

Requirements:-
* Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• First Aid and Safeguarding qualification preferred.
