As we come to the end of another fun filled year at Fun 4 Kids, we would like to say a big thank you for being part of our wonderful community.
We have loved sharing so many smiles, stories, giggles, and special moments with your children throughout the year.
Watching the children learn, grow, make friends, and have fun each day is truly special and we are so grateful for your trust and ongoing support.
We wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas filled with laughter, love, and magic, and a New Year full of happiness, health, and exciting new adventures.

We have had a very busy few weeks...

The children have enjoyed a range of activities including;

We have had a busy start to holiday club.
The children so far have enjoyed making fork flowers, den building, balloon stress balls, egg tray Tetris and lego 😀

I wanted to say a massive thank you to every single one of you who contributed towards raising funds for my chosen charities and good causes, whether you purchased a childs party ticket, bought raffle tickets or sponsored me for my trek around Mersea Island.
Every single contribution is already making a difference.
The just giving total after their fee was a massive £1483.36.
I have now distributed the funds to the following charities
£80 was given to Brave Little Lions Charity https://bravelittlelions.co.uk/ (an addition I added on), you have sponsored 8 accessible T shirts for children in Colchester with cancer, this is a comfortable t shirt that is accessible and helps to reduce the trauma and anxiety they feel whilst going through their treatment.
£303.36 was given to East Anglia Childrens Hospice https://www.each.org.uk/ - this hospice does amazing work with children and their families, their hospices are fun, happy and homely places for children to be children, and a dependable, supportive and restful space for families to be families.
£300 was given to Young Minds Charity https://www.youngminds.org.uk/about-us/our-strategy/ they support children and young people with mental ill health and are working on strategies to ensure that children and young people are heard and get the support they need to be happy and achieve a fulfilled life.
£300 was given to Colchester Anti Loo Roll Brigade https://lakelandscentre.co.uk/ this is such a deserving charity, what don't they do for our Colchester Community?
£250 was given to Highwoods school for a garden project.
£250 was given to St Michael's School for a garden project.
All recipients above have sent messages of gratitude for your kindness.
I would also like to thank everyone who donated a raffle prize
as we could not have raised this without you.
