A fantastic day celebrating the launch of an exciting new partnership between Colchester Institute and L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage at our brand-new construction training centre! 👷

The event brought together employers, cohort 1 students, and industry professionals to learn about how this collaboration will support workforce development across the East of England.

Visitors were able to tour the facilities, meet the teams involved and find out more about the employment – focussed programmes being delivered through the partnership, (insert names of courses)

By working together, we’re helping to connect communities with training that leads directly to employment opportunities and supports the growing demand for skilled workers across major UK infrastructure projects.
