Colchester Institute enables students to undertake vocational learning in a wide range of fields. The practical and theoretical learning environment, combined with the opportunity for students to undertake valuable work experience provides them with a competitive edge when entering employment. We offer a range of full-time and part-time courses within nine centres of study, from programmes for school-leavers right through to degrees and postgraduate qualifications.

This space will be dedicated to showcasing the work of our talented alumni. Thank you to and who had their amazing work on display for everyone to see.

Our new facilities provide spaces for where students can develop their creative skills, explore new ideas and bring their work to life! ⭐️

Our public-facing Hair and Beauty Salons are back and ready to welcome clients for another year.

From haircuts, colours and blow-dries to facials, manicures, pedicures and more, it’s a great chance to treat yourself while giving our students experience.

Beauty appointments are available on Tuesday evenings, with hairdressing appointments on Thursday afternoons. ✨
