Learn to Run These sessions have been designed to gain fitness through running. Over the weeks you will be coached through all the essential stages (warm up including dynamic exercises, main development work ie: walk, jog, walk, cool down including stretching) with progression at your pace.

Kickstart Your New Year with Our Couch to 5K Program!

Looking to start running or ease back into it? Our popular Couch to 5K course is back, starting Monday, 6th January, at 7 PM from Abbey Fields Medical Centre

This 11-week program is perfect for beginners or anyone returning to running. If you can briskly walk for 30 minutes, you’re ready to join us!

You’ll be guided by Wayne Davis, a UK Athletics-qualified run leader with a wealth of experience helping new and returning runners achieve their goals. Pervious participants have gone on to become regulars at Parkrun and local races!
