How to have Tippy tap success...
1. Hole not in the lid but further down the bottle
2. Long 'pedal' to keep your foot away from the flowing water
3. Using a log as a seasaw for the pedal worked really well!
4. For sustainability, use watered-down ecological soaps sp that they don't affect the ground below
Good luck! π±π³π
And thanks to for the idea for a team challenge during training!

Practical skills assessment day for trainees on Forest School training today. Safe lighting of the Kelly kettle demonstrated brilliantly by a trainee who has never lit fires before this course.
Today, I paid a visit to Lauriston farm near Maldon, Essex to discuss a feasibility study exploring the potential for a Forest School and coastal school on site, and potentially Coastal school training too. It's a beautiful biodynamic organic farm with livestock, vegetable beds, gardens, and a little woodland and privately owned beach with a beach hut that's going to be renovated with running water and toilets. They run workshops and make food, and it's a beautiful site tucked away on the Essex Coast.
Take a look at what they do and follow them to keep updated with the progress of this exciting project!
Day 6 Forest School Training and trainees cooked a delicious three course meal for everyone; made mallets and a rope bridge. Such a brilliant group! π±π³π
