There will be a 20 minute yoga nidra practice (a guided relaxation for the mind and body, designed to induce a state of deep rest and calm), followed by an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, ocean wave drum, shamanic drum, gong, tinsha bells and koshi chimes ✨
