As we've got our Summer Fete on Friday (12th June), we thought the pupils might like a non-uniform day so they are ready for the fun, games and inflatables at the fete after school. So, we're kindly asking for a donation towards our Rainbow Tombola. We've assigned a colour to each year group and added a few suggestions to help. All donations can be dropped off to us in the school reception on Friday morning between 8.30am - 9am. Please note NO fresh food, NO perishables, NO chocolate and NO nuts. About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Wrap Around Care Play Leader to join our friendly team. This role involves leading engaging activities for children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment before and after the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and organise fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities
Provide a safe, inclusive, and caring environment for all children
Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers
Supervise snack times and ensure health and safety standards are maintained
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
Kind, caring, and passionate about working with children
Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative
Confident in leading play and group activities
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
Essential Requirements:
Experience working with children (school, nursery, or club setting preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Must hold an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to obtain one prior to employment)
