Wednesday night

Well that was a fun bootcamp! Some suspicious rep counting, questionable kettlebell technique and a rant about burpees 😂

Having said that, a lot of grafting to get high numbers of reps done in the time it took the timer to complete their 0.6km run.

Always a pleasure! And thanks to you 3, we all get to enjoy Tuesday’s session. See you there!

Wednesday night

We started with a challenging pyramid set with some combo exercises to target the whole body

Then some tough resisted sprints, especially if you get Jack as your partner 😂 Gemma Lake I think telling him to go away was very polite 😂

And a little core EMOM to finish.
