Wednesday night bootcamp π¦
Well that was fun! Upper, lower and core sets broken up with short runs and lots of water guns π¦ I think itβs safe to say that nobody got too hot despite it being the hottest June on record
Thanks to Carla and Gemmaβs boys for keeping everyone cool, providing entertainment and definitely breaking the rules π

Wednesday night
Nothing will stop this lot from attempting their wall sit and plank challenges. Positive mindsets all round and lots of timings beaten ππΌ
We then used the battle rope for partner and individual work, a set of slams to keep the heart rate up, followed by bodyweight exercises.

Wednesday night bootcamp done β
A tough 5 minutes to do as many chest to floor burpees to win points for their teams. Val, Iβm not sure 81 was enough, maybe you should try again tomorrow π
Followed by runs broken up with bodyweight exercises and isometric holds.

Strong effort to start the week off!!
We started the night with the first event of our June Community Fitness Challenge with a timed lap of Abbey Field. Everybody pushed hard and logged some great times to earn points for their teams!!
Great to have Eddy back after some time away πππͺπ»ππ»

Wednesday night
Whoever came up with repeating a 12-minute sprint, burpee, squat and mountain climber workout clearly wasn't planning on doing it themselves... π
The challenge was simple: complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes, then repeat it at the end of the session and try to beat the score.
Somehow, despite the sweat, sore legs and questionable life choices, the team dug deep and improved their total rounds. π₯
Absolutely phenomenal effort from everyone tonight. That's what happens when a group refuses to quit. πͺ

Teamwork and reps on the rope and individual effort on the KBs for these four on a Monday night!πͺπ»π₯ Loads of effort with some laughs along the way! A decent turnout for Team Emily too I believe and I was impressed by Daveβs bunting!π€£ Well done team, strong work!
