We’re proud to work alongside Codicote Primary School to support families accessing their 30 hours funded childcare. Learning is achieved through play and following a curriculum structure based on the Government's Early Years Foundation Stage ("EYFS"). We are open to all children in the community and surrounding areas

🏃‍♂️☀️🏃‍♀️ Today we held our third annual Sports Day! 🏅

It was quite warm 🌞, but the children had great fun taking part in all the activities, including the running races 🏃 and the egg-and-spoon race 🥚🥄.

🎉 Hats off to all the parents who joined in the parents’ race – what a fantastic effort! 👏 It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and having such a great time 😊.

🧺 After the races, we enjoyed a lovely picnic together before heading back to school for some cold refreshments 🧃🍉.

Today we welcomed our dads in for Father’s Day! 👨‍👧‍👦💙

What a wonderful experience for the children to have their dads join them and enjoy a delicious breakfast together 🥐🍓☕. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and special memories made 😊✨.

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the morning so special 🙌. We hope you all have a fantastic Father’s Day on Sunday and enjoy celebrating with your families 🎉💙👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.

🦆💛 Our children have loved having the ducks in the setting and watching their amazing life cycle journey unfold before their eyes.

Today, the ducks have moved on to their new home at a local farm, where they are being adopted. We’re delighted that the children will be able to receive regular updates and continue to follow their adventures as they grow. 🐥➡️🦆

Duckling Update 🦆

We are delighted to share that all four ducklings have hatched and are doing wonderfully! The children have been absolutely captivated by this experience and have loved observing the ducklings as they explore, rest, eat, and grow.

This has been a fantastic opportunity for the children to learn about life cycles, animal care, and the importance of being gentle and respectful around living creatures. Their excitement, curiosity, and thoughtful questions have made this a truly memorable learning experience.

Exciting news! Our first duckling has hatched! 🐥

The little one arrived safely and is doing well. There are still more eggs waiting to hatch, so we’re keeping a close eye on the incubator and hoping for more arrivals soon.

We’ll continue to share updates and photos as the hatch progresses. Thank you for following along with this exciting experience!
