🐾 TIME TO SAY GOODBYE 🐾

A huge thank you to all of the families who have reached out or trusted me to care for their little ones over the past couple of years, it’s been a privilege and I don’t take your trust and support lightly.

However, I’ve accepted a wonderful new role as Head of School in an amazing school so it’s time to move on.

I’ll take everything I’ve learnt from the little cubs and their families and carry it with me, hopefully making me a better educator and friend.

So, when we close for Christmas, we’ll be closing for good 😌

🍂Conker Hunting🍂

What a gorgeous morning we had hunting for conkers in the local park with our buddies!

🌿 Fresh Air 🌿

We’ve struck it lucky with the weather this week as we’ve been able to get out without waterproofs most days… anyone with little ones knows what a win that it!

We love our daily fresh-air walks and our village is such a goldmine of lovely experiences!

The other day we got to enjoy the views out across to the fells and admire the horses and ponies in the field 🐾

🐚 Beach Marks 🐚

Today we headed to our local shore for an explore! What a fabulous couple of hours we had down on the Sandy beach and in the rock pools!

We had some of our buddies with us and the Cubs couldn’t resist making marks in the sand with them… scroll to see what they got up to! 🐾

🐚 Shell Art 🐚

Yesterday we made the cutest little pieces of art using air drying clay and shells!

The Cubs are super good at rolling and loved choosing their own shells and placing them on to the clay in different ways.

I’ve seen these all over Insta and Pinterest and we had some Daz left from Mother’s Day so we gave it a go and I love them!

Seeing as the weather was fair, I quickly set up 2 invitations outside this morning and the Cub’s couldn’t get enough of them!

🐟 FISH FRIENDS 🐟

We’ve been to our local aquarium this morning. It’s only a 10min drive and takes about 40-50mins to get around which is perfect for the Cubs!

We always love our visits and finish off with a little wander around the harbour too… we had to make it a quick one today though as the rain clouds quickly moved in! 🐾
