Sometimes the hardest part isnβt finding time to look after yourself.
Itβs committing to four weeks when life already feels full.
So, for the next three Tuesday mornings, Iβm doing something a little different.
Iβm opening my Mind Body Soul Reset sessions for individual bookings, so you can simply come along when you need a little space to breathe.
Each 90 minute session is complete in itself and includes gentle yoga, calming breathwork, guided relaxation, beautiful essential oils, crystals, cosy blankets and plenty of time to simply exhale.
No experience is needed.
Just bring yourself exactly as you are.

Iβve been doing a lot of thinking about what Serenity really is.
I used to think I taught yoga, did therapy, etc
These days I think I simply create little pockets of peace where people can remember who they are.

This Full Moon shines a light on all that has quietly grown beneath the surface. It reminds us that every small step, every lesson, every moment of courage has been leading us here.
Nature is in full bloom and she gently whispers the same message to us.
There is beauty in slowing down long enough to appreciate how far youβve come.
The Strawberry Moon is a time of abundance, gratitude and emotional nourishment. A moment to honour the seeds youβve planted and to celebrate the life that is unfolding, even if it looks different from what you once imagined π

When the days are warm and life feels busy, it can be easy to keep pushing through.
Instead, why not gift yourself just a few moments to pause, breathe and reset?
My simple summer cooling ritual includes:
π§ A glass of chilled water infused with cucumber, lemon or mint.
π Holding an Aquamarine or Moonstone during a few quiet moments.
πΏ Diffusing Peppermint or Lavender essential oil.
π§ A few gentle stretches or simply sitting quietly with your breath.
Sometimes, just five minutes of mindful self care can help you feel calmer, lighter and more balanced.

π¦ Essential Oils for Summer
When the weather warms up, I love using essential oils to create a sense of freshness, calm and balance throughout the day.
Two of my favourites during a heatwave are:
πΏ Peppermint
Refreshing, uplifting and energising.
Peppermint can help create a cooling sensation and is wonderful when you need a little boost on hot, sluggish days.
I love diffusing it in my workspace or adding a drop to a cool compress.
π Lavender
Gentle, calming and soothing.
Lavender helps bring a sense of peace and relaxation when the heat feels overwhelming or sleep becomes more difficult during warm nights.
Perfect in a diffuser during your evening wind down.
β¨ Summer Tip
Add a few drops of your chosen oil to a diffuser, create a room spray or use with a carrier oil for a soothing self care ritual.
Always dilute essential oils appropriately and use them safely.

As the temperatures rise, I find myself reaching for crystals that carry calming, soothing and balancing energy.
My favourites are:

Known as the master healer, Clear Quartz can amplify your intentions and help bring clarity, balance and positive energy.
During a heatwave, I love keeping these crystals nearby while meditating, relaxing in the garden or enjoying a quiet moment with a cool drink.
