From a wide range of university experiences to fascinating careers across different industries, countries and professions, our alumni are making their mark in an ever-changing world.

For many, ACS Cobham was part of their educational journey for many years, a place where they built friendships, discovered their passions and developed the skills and confidence to take their next steps.

Welcome back to ACS Cobham, Eddie!

We were thrilled to welcome back Class of 2024 alumnus Eddie Cassar for a visit to campus! Eddie joined the ACS Cobham community back in Middle School, and it’s been incredible to follow his journey since.

He is currently studying Computer Science and Mathematics at The University of Manchester—a passion he credits in large part to the inspiration and support of his teachers here at ACS. During his visit, Eddie caught up with two of his former teachers, Dr. Karolina Hammer and Mr. Webster

Eddie also kindly took the time to speak with a group of our Grade 11 IB Higher Level Maths Analysis students, offering valuable insights on the university application process and what life is really like as a university student

To round off his campus tour, Eddie reconnected with his former music teacher, Mrs. Jemma Marshall. Beyond his mathematical talents, Eddie is an extraordinarily accomplished musician—he earned both his ARSM and LRSM Diplomas in saxophone prior to leaving ACS, alongside achieving Grade 8 in piano!

It is always a joy to see our alumni community returning to inspire the next generation. We are so proud of everything Eddie has accomplished so far and cannot wait to see what the future holds for him.

Technologist in Residence Opportunity at ACS International Schools

ACS is launching an exciting new Technologist in Residence programme starting in January 2027, thanks to a generous donation supporting our education strategy. We know that many members of our parent and alumni community work in technology, innovation, engineering, AI, digital media, and related fields, and we'd love to tap into those networks as we search for the right person.

This unique role would suit someone with recent experience in the technology sector who is passionate about inspiring young people and helping shape the responsible use of technology in education.

Whether it's a former colleague, friend, family member, or member of your wider professional network, we'd be grateful if you could share this opportunity with anyone who may be interested in spending a rewarding year making a real difference in schools.

It was a total pleasure welcoming Katherina Kronborg back to ACS Cobham recently. Katherina was a vibrant part of our campus community from 2012 through to her graduation in 2021.

She returned to campus alongside her family and caught up with familiar faces, including Dr. Karolina Hammer and Phil Webster. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Design & Innovation Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Katherina is now taking the next step on her academic journey as she pursues her Master’s degree.

Remembering David Tengelin

Today, as we remember those affected by 11 September 2001, we are sharing the story of ACS Cobham alumnus David Tengelin, who attended ACS from 1988–1990.

David was a much-loved member of his family and community, and we are honoured to remember his connection with ACS and the years he spent at Cobham.
