When the world feels loud and confusing, go for a walk.
It’s meditation you don’t have to sit still for - and it’s free.
Walk to remember what’s real: the earth under your feet, trees breathing beside you, seasons shifting, birds chattering, dogs pulling their humans along. Rain on your face. Sun on your back. Mud on your boots. Your breath finding a steady rhythm again.
You don’t need rules, timers, or apps. Just step outside and let your senses lead. Notice five things you can see, four you can feel, three you can hear. That’s your nervous system exhaling.
If you’re overthinking, walk.
If you’re flat, walk.
If you’re anxious, walk.
Ten minutes counts.
Twenty is magic.
Get out there. Come back clearer. Your mind - and your body - will thank you.
