Apologies to those of you that read my uncouth message. I do really hate having to post those messages and as an anxious individual I greatly overthink them, more than I probably should.

I have been tutoring now for over 7 years, and I have never had an issue or a lack of response like I have just had. Thank you to all of those that are kind and respectful to my time. It really does mean the world.

Kind thanks to those of you that messaged privately or commented to say I had done the right thing. It’s shameful that in this day and age, it takes public shaming to get any sort of response. Especially when technology seems to be glued to our fingers far more than it should.

Normal service can now resume! Let the important learning commence.

📚 **Private Primary Tuition – New Availability** 📚

With the new academic year now underway, I’m pleased to have some additional availability for private tuition sessions.

I’m a qualified primary teacher with 10 years’ teaching experience and 6 years of private tutoring experience, supporting children across the primary age range with confidence, literacy, numeracy and general learning skills.

When less than a year ago, this pupil needed help with recognising single sounds, now he can read and blend them all! He had started learning phonemes and is progressing so so much!

For someone who doesn’t love writing stories, this was an amazing effort this afternoon. A perfect opener for her story and a cliff hanger making you want to read on!

We’re still very busy working behind the scenes! It’s been a while since I last posted, but tuition is still going strong.

I’m currently fully booked and don’t have any availability, however I’m happy to recommend some trusted tutors if you’re in need of support.

Today we focused on partitioning in maths and developing a secure understanding of place value — building strong foundations is key!

I will be taking a much neededtwo weeks off at Christmas. Normal sessions will resume on the week beginning the 5/1/26.

I’ve had a few enquiries about spaces and availability. My only current space is every Wednesday, 4:45-5:45.
