Most of our members have older children , new members with younger kids at the school will keep the parent council going for a few more years .. everyone welcome!! Spread the word !

Wow! 🤩 What an amazing response to our Meet Your New Classmate posts – thank you all!

Bookings are now LIVE! 🎉 We’ve scheduled the dates and times, and you can now secure your place.

Siblings are very welcome to come along too! If you’d like to bring a sibling, please book them through the normal booking section so we can keep track of numbers and make sure there are plenty of children for everyone to meet and play with.

If there is any school we’ve missed ☺️let us know along with if you would prefer a weekend we can look into that too as we appreciate people are at work.

We can’t wait to see you all and help everyone make new friends before term starts! 💛

Another school year comes to an end! Thank you to all families, staff and community for your support this year. 😄

Good luck to the P7 children as they move on to the next chapter of high school. We send best wishes to you all, be yourself , be kind and look out for each other, the skys the limit. 🌫⭐️

We hope the children enjoyed the shorts and shades disco tonight and made some lovely memories. 😄

Thank you to all involved :

Mr McCarron, Cleaners helping us decorate the hall, parent council members who helped in anyway, getting drinks, snacks, decorations, making the songs playlist, setting up online tickets, making and designing the flyer, preparing disco props night before, attending the disco. Mrs Wallace for the class info , Miss Irvine we thank you for coming along and for your support. Mrs Dunn for playing the songs and entertaining the children and Mr Finnon thank you for your support.

Thank you to the parent forum for the continued support.

Shawhead folk…

Here’s a wee one worth supporting.

The community are being invited along to help create artwork for the Shawhead underpass project. The aim is simple - make it brighter, friendlier and something we can all be proud of.

No artistic talent required (thank goodness 😅).

Just turn up, have a go and be part of it.

It’s the sort of thing that only works when local people get behind it.

🗓️ Wed 4th & Thurs 5th June
⏰ 2pm-6pm

Would be lovely to see plenty of Shawhead and Coatbridge faces there. ❤️
