Following on from my post about online A levels, I also wanted to let people know that I am now offering the option to study for GCSEs online with me. This would be five subjects including English, Maths or Science. Exams will be arranged for you.

I am now offering the option for people to take full A levels online with me. Of course, you would still need to sit exams which I can help to arrange.

You can take just one A level or a full set of three. Take them over two years or do them intensively over one year.

My new website will be up and running shortly with more information about subjects and costs, but please do get in contact if you think this is something you may be interested in.

I haven't posted anything during lockdown but I have been very busy restructuring my tutoring business and thinking of lots of new ideas. I will post more soon about my new website and my new online 6th form!

In light of the recent announcement regarding school closures, I would just like to say that we REMAIN OPEN. We are looking at what measures we can take to ensure that we adhere to hygiene and social distancing policies, and we are also making plans to move some lessons online. We are looking at increasing capacity so that we can offer help to people who are struggling with childcare now that schools are closing.

That’s it for another term - it’s flown by! I will be finalising the spring term timetable in the next few days, for those who are waiting for permanent slots. I do still have some outstanding invoices - these need to be paid in the next few days otherwise slots will not be retained for 2020.

I've just found this comment on one of the local Spotted sites:

I cannot personally recommend Bethany enough. Not only did my son get a lot from her tutoring she also helped turn his mindset toward learning round. The effort he put in running up to his gcse's was a credit to him and the support Beth gave was absolutely brilliant. I'd also add that she genuinely cares about her students, which is often lacking nowadays.
