Storm Performance Academy Storm Performance Academy is a professional and very welcoming organisation enabling young people to gain technique and confidence within the arts.

We go above and beyond to create that 'Family feel' in which both children and their families are welcomed with open arms. All children have the pleasure of performing in our annual show. Dedicated and enthusiastic children and families will be invited to join our stage class and perform at regional competitions. Competitions help to develop and enhance both performance skills and confidence. Pupi

ls learn to express and project themselves to a live audience while creating many memorable experiences along the way. Every member of Storm Performance Academy will have the opportunity and be advised to gain skills and proof of progression by completing exams in various dance genres. We have an extremely wide variety of classes available to all students of all ages and If you would like any further information please contact a member of the team who will be happy to help.

First time for Wiktoria competing in the Open C age category for her solos… and she absolutely rose to the occasion! 🌟

Sharing a couple of pictures from her recent outdoor dance photo shoot too… WOW, how gorgeous did these turn out?! 😍📸 If you ever get the chance to do an outdoor dance shoot, take it…such a fantastic experience and some beautiful memories to keep.

And where did she go straight from the festival? Straight back to the studio for more training tonight! Dedication way beyond her years.

Gives us whiplash, keeps us on our toes and drives us a little bit mad at times 😂 But gosh, he’s adorable to watch on stage and such a little sweetheart underneath that wonderfully mad persona of his.

He was so proud to spot his own name on the trophy from two years ago… but I think he was even prouder to see Mackenzie Dandy, Maycee Hudson and Wiktoria Golost’s names from previous years too. Just a few of the dancers he’s looked up to and been inspired by over the years 🥹

There’s never a dull moment with you around, but we wouldn’t have you any other way. Straight from the football pitch to the stage….Standard!

The troupe that just keeps giving! 🌟

What an amazing result in such a HUGE section filled with incredibly talented tappers.

With 243 dance schools represented at the AED Finals and 20 fantastic troupes performing in this particular section, we are extremely honoured to have been a part of it all.

Seeing you up there alongside some of the most talented and deserving performers from across England was an achievement in itself, but to come away as AED RUNNERS UP is just incredible 🥈

We may be a small team, but gosh, you hold your own. Time and time again, you step onto that stage and make us unbelievably proud.

What a great first day yesterday at Nottingham Dance Festival!

We only have a few entries at this particular festival due to our very busy schedule and the summer holidays, but nevertheless, we’re having a brilliant time and, as always, there’s never a dull moment with our Stormies! 😂

Beautiful dancing, lots of smiles and some fantastic results. You all make us super proud! 🫶🏽 Thank you for being so supportive towards one another. It’s such a beautiful and mature way to present yourselves.

🌟 WOW… SHE STRIKES AGAIN! 🌟

AED SENIOR TAP SOLO WINNER…AGE 17–21 🏆

The 17–21 category was brand new at AED this year, so of course our girl wanted to give it a go… and she only went and WON IT! 🤩

Just when you think she can’t possibly get any better…somehow she does. Mackenzie was also awarded the Tap trophy at this years awards presentation.

Mackenzie, we were completely in awe of you. An absolute pleasure to watch on stage and an absolute joy to be around backstage too. The amount of work this girl puts into her training is incredible, and after such an amazing achievement, where was she this week? Straight back in the studio practising. That says everything about her.

You deserve every bit of success that comes your way. Your talent is undeniable, but it’s your work ethic, determination and love for what you do that make us even prouder.

We’re forever grateful to have you as part of our teaching faculty, passing that passion on and inspiring our younger Stormies every single week. What an incredible role model for them to look up to.

Keep shooting for the stars… and if you ever fall, we’ll be right here to throw you straight back up.
