🚴‍♀️ Charity Movement Day! 🚴‍♂️

We’re taking on a bit of a challenge… keeping our spin bike moving for 6 hours non-stop! 👀

We’ll be taking part in a relay with our members and colleagues, jumping on the bike throughout the day and seeing how far we can travel together.

Fancy getting involved? Simply, note down your name at reception. Then, come along, jump on the bike and help us keep those pedals turning! 💪

🌊 We’re back on the road! 🚘🛣️

A brand-new academic year means we’re back doing what we love — bringing important water safety messages to children in our community. 🏖️🚩

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of visiting the wonderful preschoolers Evergreen Lodge Nursery & Preschool. They were fantastic listeners as we shared our water safety story, and we finished the session by learning all about beach flags and what they mean.

It’s never too early to start learning how to stay safe around water. 💦❤️

A huge thank you to Evergreen Lodge for having us — we had such a lovely time with you all!
