🥋 Every future black belt starts as a beginner.

At Valley Martial Arts, we pride ourselves on teaching high-level martial arts in an encouraging, family environment. New students start at white belt, build their skills step by step and have a clear path to black belt.

Our classes help students develop confidence, discipline and respect while training alongside people who support their progress.

🥋 A brilliant week of gradings at Valley Martial Arts!

Well done to everyone who took part and passed. Gradings are a chance to show how far you’ve come, and we’re proud of the effort, courage and perseverance each student showed not just this week but in every class 👏

These photos show what Valley is all about: people of different ages training together, supporting one another and growing in confidence along the way.

Thinking about trying martial arts? You don’t need any experience to get started. We have classes for children, families and adults, and we’d love to welcome you to the academy.

Last half term at nursery we took a small group of children to Leaping Lizards to have some Little Ninjas sessions. Little Ninjas is a martial arts group and Graham the instructor was great at helping support and teach children respect, manners, being kind, helping and being a team. Leaping Lizards Play Centre
