🇵🇰Flavours of Pakistan - week four🧑‍🍳

Week four of our Pakistani cooking course was all about flavour, friendship and frying pans! Together we mastered shami kebabs, chicken kebabs and crispy pakoras. Once again we proved that when people cook side by side, community grows one delicious bite at a time.

🥘 FLAVOURS OF PAKISTAN - WEEK 3 👩‍🍳

Aloo gobi, chickpea pilau and mint chutney were on the menu for week three and participants created some amazing dishes. The class reminded us why we’re here: to celebrate culture, share traditions and build a more connected, diverse community through the joy of cooking.

Week two of our ‘Flavours of Pakistan’ cookery course at Bowland High was bursting with flavour and joy. On the menu was chicken karahi and fresh roti and our participants absolutely smashed it.

Seeing people come together, learn new skills and celebrate authentic Pakistani cooking is exactly why we exist. Community, culture and good food - what more could we ask for! 🥘 🫓

Week one of our ‘Flavours of Pakistan’ cookery course is complete and what a fantastic start it was! ✨

We explored the comforting, rich flavours of maash ki daal, alongside the fragrant, perfectly spiced matar pilau. The kitchen was filled with incredible aromas and even better energy.

Everyone did an amazing job - such a joy to see the enthusiasm from all our participants. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait for what the next five weeks bring!
