Although on the outside some people can appear unstoppable when achieving their goals, does this ultimately mean that they are happy with their lives? Or more importantly have they even had time to check?
Carrying out a Be, Do, Have assessment can be the first sanity check to allow you to check that the valuable time and energy is being spent on the things which mean actually mean something to you.
To do this I used the following method:
Be is everything you would like to “Be” at some point in the future i.e. confident, inspiring, healthy, adventurous.
Do is everything you would like to have done or be doing in the future i.e. Travelling the word, working for charitable causes, sheep farming in New Zealand.
Have is for the things you would like to attain in the future i.e. house, car, a partner, 2 kids and a dog… or even in a crazy tele-scope house on the side of a mountain like this!
