Hi, I'm Ollie 👋 Welcome along our journey!

I took over Printed Cup Company last year, and I've been in the thick of it ever since, on the factory floor, in the numbers, and everywhere in between. I realised I've never properly said hello on here, so it felt about time!

These are 10 lessons I'd pass on to anyone buying, building or running their own business. No jargon, no theory, just the stuff you only learn by doing it (and occasionally getting it wrong first! 😅).

Some of these took me months to figure out. A couple I'm still working on! But that's the honest bit nobody tells you, you never stop learning. 🤓
