Happy World Environment Day 💙💚

Today, our bairdies enjoyed taking part in activities to celebrate World Environment Day. Through stories, discussions, and hands-on experiences, the children learned about the importance of caring for our planet.

The children explored ways to help the environment, including recycling, reducing waste, and looking after plants and animals. They took part in sorting recyclable materials, talked about keeping our surroundings clean, and discussed simple ways they can help at home and in nursery.

We also spent time outdoors, observing nature and appreciating the beauty of the world around us. The children showed curiosity and enthusiasm as they explored natural materials and learned about the importance of protecting our environment for future generations.

It has been wonderful to see the children developing an understanding of how their actions can make a positive difference to the world around them, we have take home and grow goodies in reception so our parents can share home experiences with us 😘

Some of our older Bairdies have had a discussion today in preschool council as to what healthy options to put on our summer menu!!

Today has been DINO-mite! 🦖🦕🌋

We have had so much fun doing lots of dinosaurs activities.

But the best part of the day would have to be when the dinosaur came to visit us.

He roarred and stomped and danced his way around nursery 💚💙

A big congratulations to our wonderful apprentice summer who is our May Bairdie of the month..

Summer has flourished in our preschool room recently she has tried hard with her college work completed lots of new training courses to update her knowledge.
