Congratulations to our Y6 children on their efforts in their SATS this week. As we tell the children, SATs are important, but they do not define them. They do not measure how kind they are or how sporty or musical or well-mannered they are. The children all did their best and we are very proud of them all.

They look fabulous in their new hoodies and they enjoyed a well-deserved treat having lunch out at Maxwell’s in Clitheroe.

Well done Year 6!!!

Yesterday, some of the children used the new apple iPad pencils. An incredible piece of technology to enhance learning in our classrooms! Thank you to our PTA who raised the money to buy these for our school. The rest of the children are very excited to use them too 👏😃

In DT, Year 1&2 have been exploring playground structures. After careful planning they have now made their own using a range of materials. They also used the new multi purpose room too! 🛝✂️✏️

Congratulations to Ezra and Izzy who have been awarded with the Caritas award. They have been putting love into action by swimming and raising money for a little boy who needs medical treatment. We are all so proud of you both! 👏🌟👏🌟
