What if one of the biggest challenges affecting millions of women isn't menopause itself.....but the lack of education about it?
Imagine if we learned about menopause in school - not just the biology, but how it can affect sleep, mood, confidence, memory, energy, relationships and physical health.
Imagine if every GP received comprehensive training to recognise and support women experiencing menopausal symptoms.
Imagine if every fitness professional, whether male or female, understood how hormonal changes can influence exercise, recovery, strength, and overall well-being.
And imagine if partners, families, friends and colleagues understood what women may be going through instead of dismissing them as "overreacting", "too emotional", or "just difficult".
Knowledge creates empathy ❣️❣️❣️ EDUCATION BREAKS STIGMA!💪
Too many women spend years wondering what's happening to their bodies before finding answers. Too many feel unheard, misunderstood, or unsupported when what they need most is understanding and informed care.
I truly believe that education has the POWER to change lives 👍- not only for women, but for everyone around them.
So here is my question:
Should menopause education become a standard part of school education, healthcare training, and fitness qualifications?💥
I genuinely would love to hear your thoughts.❤️
