Because… he actually visited us at Evergreen!

We have so many amazing mums across all fields… but today I want to share three incredible women who are helping us become healthier, stronger, happier, more confident, and full of life and endorphins!!
These women… I’ve tried their classes, and I truly LOVE them. The energy, the passion, the power, and the celebration of being a woman -it’s just something special.

You really need to experience this for yourself.

✨ Anna Marie – her Monday dance classes are simply AMAZING. Honestly… just watching her makes you sweat 😉 I need to know what vitamins she’s taking 😂 she is unreal! Her energy is magnetic, her movement is powerful, and her classes (including the mini ones!) are just pure joy.

🔥 Cat Parker ❤️ wow… just WOW. Girls, you have to check her out! From gym sessions to summer classes in her beautiful private field — this is something else. Cath brings such strong, beautiful energy that just makes you want to move, push yourself, and feel alive. She is truly beautiful inside and out.

And to complete your week… ❤️Ainsley – Three Breath Clitheroe. Yoga and reformer Pilates that will challenge you like nothing else -hard as hell 😉 but worth every single penny! Ainsley is one of my favourite women and one of the most genuine, inspiring humans I know. You don’t just join her classes… you trust her with your journey.
Honestly… you will love all of them.
Go, try, move, feel… you will not regret it ❤️🌲

At our Forest School, we have many rules -for example, rule number 3: “no harming others.”
No slapping, no pushing, no biting.

But just as important as teaching children not to hurt others… is teaching them how to protect themselves.
We teach children:
how to set clear boundaries
how to say “NO”
how to say “Stop, I don’t like it”
and how to stand up for themselves with confidence
Because kindness is not only about others -it is also about being kind to ourselves.
Looking after our bodies, our feelings, and our personal space is a life skill we should nurture from the earliest years.
I’ve absolutely loved practising with the fantastic instructor Graham Wardle from Valley Martial Arts Clitheroe — an inspiring coach for people from 4 to 100 years old.
We truly recommend Martial Arts for building:
confidence, discipline, courage, determination, willpower, self-defence skills… and most importantly — self-worth.

It is amazing to celebrate children’s creativity and allow them to be artists
And I truly can’t imagine a better present for our mummies than a portrait and a little/big poem — both coming straight from children’s hearts, full of imagination, honesty and love 🩷
A present that comes from a child’s heart and their own unique perspective is something truly special…
something that will stay in a mummy’s treasure box forever ✨

We have fresh fertilised Runner Duck eggs available for hatching.

Our ducks live free range on our forest farm, with plenty of space, natural food and fresh water every day. They are healthy, strong birds and excellent layers.
