We had such a lovely afternoon celebrating our wonderful Grandma Pat ahead of her wedding, with pottery painting, great food and lots of laughs.

What a lovely afternoon we had yesterday! 🥰

As some of our pre-school children get ready to start Reception, we wanted to give them the opportunity to spend some time with the babies before they move on! 🥹

The pre-school children visited the Baby Room to share some stories with our youngest children, and they did a fantastic job! 📖 They were kind, patient and confident, and it was lovely to see how engaged the babies were.

We're so proud of our pre-school children and can't wait to see all they achieve as they begin their next adventure at school! 🌟

What a busy and exciting week we've had in the Baby Room! 👶🏻✨

This week, the children have enjoyed exploring cornflour slime and chia seeds through a range of sensory activities. They loved investigating the different textures while developing both their fine and gross motor skills by scooping, squeezing, mixing, and exploring with their hands! 🖐️

We've also been making the most of the lovely weather by spending time in the garden, where the children have been practising their walking, building confidence, balance, and coordination as they explored the outdoor environment! ☀️

To finish off our week, we had the wonderful opportunity to watch some of our older siblings and friends take part in the school's Sports Day! The babies loved watching all the excitement and did a fantastic job cheering everyone on! 🥳

It has been a week full of fun, exploration, and new experiences!

Due to our nursery expanding, we are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team.
30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.

Essential requirements:
• Level 2 or 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Ability to work well as part of a team

We dressed LOUD and celebrated in style for Sir David Attenborough’s 100th birthday! 🥳🌿 What an exciting day we've had!

We enjoyed cupcakes, juice and party games and were lucky enough to meet some adorable baby farm animals! 🧁🐑🐥

We wore our brightest and loudest outfits today too, to help raise awareness and support for the Deaf and hard of hearing community. A huge thank you to Kim, who taught us how to sign “100th birthday”! 💛✨
