UPDATE: All sorted for helpers now. Thank you very much!!

Good afternoon. We are nearly cleared out, but we could do with help from any kind people with these two jobs outstanding.
1. We have this stock board screwed in a wooden frame to dismantle and remove. (See photo).
2. A tip run.

We are running short of time and this needs to be done today or tomorrow. (We will be in group late tonight). Hence the plea for help. Please message if there is any chance you can help.
