Have you tried C R E A T I V E J O U R N A L L I N G!? 📒✏️It is such a great way to have fun with Art and really doesn’t matter ‘how good’ you think you are or whether you think you are an ‘artist’ or not!

We can all C R E A T E

It is all about doing your own thing, recording memories, processing your ideas & self expression! We teach you a technique and you run with it and create visual journal pages that speak to you. 🙌🏻

This Sunday we will be saying goodbye to the Summer and using our travel adventures as inspiration, by using photos, memorabilia, found imagery, receipts, ticket stubs etc. to create a ‘visual memory’ of your experiences and that you can look back on and cherish! ✈️🗺️📍

This month we are teaching the ‘Image Transfer’ technique, a brilliant one if you stare at a blank page and don’t know where to start! Know that feeling!? 🤔

Can’t wait for this one! P A P E R M A R B L I N G has such a beautiful heritage, linking as far back as the 12th Century in Japan. 🏮

Sometimes referred to as ‘C L O U D A R T’ , it is a unique craft to learn and can be a magical process, as each print comes out differently! ☁️

It is so versatile that it can be made into cards, gift tags, notebooks, coasters…all sorts! Or just an array of bespoke printed papers to collage or create with. 🎨

Personally, I think they’re works of A R T in themselves! Join us for a magical, relaxing & creative Saturday morning and learn a new skill to take away with you, as well as all your marbling creations! 😍

Thanks to the ENVY | Beauty | Hair & Extensions | ladies for booking an Arty Party with us! Hand building ‘boob pots’ from scratch, not easy in this heat but these clay pots were a celebration of the female body in all its shapes, scars & forms! 🍒

There is something very beautiful & empowering about imperfection sometimes. 🙌🏻

Join us to make your own set of postcard prints using a pasta making machine! 🍝Yes! You can do that & is a wonderful way of learning how to print your own at home!

This will be a mindful but fun one, as we create our own Summer Cut Flower prints, using watercolour washes to add colour, to make your own series of postcard prints. 🖌️

Have you noticed the ‘G I A N T’ paper flower trend!? 🌸🌼🌺

They are everywhere and in all the shop windows this Summer! We even have one as our window lampshade at the Atelier and we have had so many lovely compliments about it!

So I thought I would teach you all how to make one, so that you can learn H O W and create something special & unique you are proud of to take home! 🙌🏻

It is a talking piece for any interior and all your friends will want one!

Come & join us in August to make your own. A perfect one to do as a weekend creative date with a friend/s or just for you! You deserve it! ❤️🩷🧡
