Ever After Nursery

We can not believe that the 6 week holidays are neally over!
We have had so much fun in our holiday club and had fantastic weather for it too, to enjoy lots of outdoor play.

Our new term is looking so exciting with lots of new boys and girls joining our family in the Caterpillar and Butterfly room.
We can't wait for your first day with us we will do all that we can to help you settle in and make lots of memories and new friends.
We have got lots of activities planned whilst also letting the children guide us on interests and being able to have the time to explore our surroundings.

We have some very exciting new areas in both rooms for the children to explore a sand pit that the babies can crawl into and have free access to when they wish.
In the Butterfly room a lovely nature area with lots of plants to explore and learn about its going to be so much fun.

We know the first day may be a little overwhelming but rest assured we will be with you all the way and create a friendship together so we can make sure your child's journey is a
magical one from start to finish :)

The Butterfly room are making a nature space at nursery for the children and would like to add some indoor plants.
If anyone has any little plants or cuttings at home that you do not longer need anymore we would be so grateful.

All may be quiet whilst all are enjoying holiday club but meanwhile we have been very busy in the Caterpillar room!
We have decided to give it a little makeover after thinking about a slight change in the baby and toddler room creating the hygee aproach!
Hygge (pronounced "hoo-gah") is a Danish and Norwegian word that means creating a warm atmosphere, enjoying the good things in life, and feeling a deep sense of coziness, contentment, and safety.

We thought why not let's try this to create a content space for all our little ones to grow!

We will still be working alongside the EYFS and thinking how we can incorporate this in our day to day learning.
We will be exploring all natural resources and making it like a home from home environment.
We can't wait for september and so excited to continue to watch our caterpillar room grow full of smiles and chuckles ❤️

We would like to say a very special Thank you for all of the amazing gifts that we have received from pre-school leavers and Nursery children you are all so very kind.
We hope you all have a fantastic summer and we look forward to lots more fun in our Holiday club that is held throughout the summer 😎☀️🌞

Every year Cleobury Gardners put on a fantastic opportunity for Nurseries and schools to take part in of growing your own Vegetables!!
We have been taking part in this fantastic opportunity for many years and this year we have been extremely fortunate to be crowned "Winners" of the competition of growing a variety of carrots.
We are so pleased and delighted and the children are also very excited.
We have had so much fun joining in and learning all about the process of growing our own vegetables at Nursery and it's so rewarding to see big smiles all around on this sunny morning 🙂
Of course it's all about taking part but you have also got to have those extra special rewards too.
Huge well done to all of the children who have worked very hard and course the staff!

We are very thankful to be part of such a fantastic community who offer these activities and challenges for us all to take part in so a huge thank you goes to Cleobury Gardners who have put on this fantastic event.
We have won some faboulous prizes that we can not wait to continue the love of growing our own produce at Nursery.
I do believe Ever After Vegetable shop has a brilliant sound to it 🥕🥕🥕
What a way to finish off a beautiful summer term wahoooo :)

Another year has gone by so very quickly at Ever After and what a year it has been.
So many activities and memories shared with our friends.
This week we will be saying Goodbye to some of our Boys & Girls in the Butterfly room as they prepare themselves ready to start school in september.
We are going to miss you all but we are also very proud of the confidence you have gained and the fun times that you have bought to us at Ever After.
We are so proud of you and wish you all the best on your first day at school.
Please keep in touch as we love to hear from you and please remember us as we are not just a nursery we are family :)

We can not wait to share the special moment at your graduation together with your family & friends.
Its time to spread those Butterfly wings and continue to make memories on your next chapter at school.
