Pupils and staff at Reynolds Academy were showered in colour and community spirit as they took part in this year’s annual LCH Colour Dash on Friday, 1 May.
The vibrant fundraising event saw children race through clouds of colourful powder while raising money for local children’s charity LCH. LCH — short for Lifting Children’s Hopes — provides a wide range of support for children and young people.
Staff at Reynolds Academy said they were “truly blown away” by the generosity shown by families and the wider school community, with the event raising an impressive total SO FAR OF £6500 🙌 What truly inspirational children we have!!🌈

Our pupils have had a lovely morning visiting the Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre to explore the Brick History Exhibition. We even had a go at making our own Lego builds. 😊
