🚰 Stay Hydrated- drink water regularly, don’t wait until you’re thirsty.

🪑⛱️ Take Breaks - rest in shaded or cool areas

🦺 Wear Appropriate PPE - lightweight, breathable and sun-protective gear

😵‍💫🤢 Know the signs - dizziness, fatigue, headache or nausea can signal heat illness

👀 Look out for each other - if a colleague is struggling, act fast.

Level remain higher than pre-pandemic, pointing to ongoing workforce health challenges, with certain groups disproportionately affected - including older workers, women and those with long-term health conditions.
