Join us every Wednesday from 11am–1pm at Jaywick Community Resource Centre for our exciting Summer Holiday Activities for Parents & Children! 💙

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All children must be accompanied by a parent or carer throughout the sessions.

As England takes part in the World Cup, we are enjoying the excitement of football and celebrating teamwork, determination, and respect ⚽ 🥅

At our Little Pals, we recognise and value the many countries, cultures, and backgrounds represented within our community. While we will be supporting England, we will also be learning about and celebrating nations from around the world, promoting the British values of mutual respect, tolerance, individual liberty, democracy, and the rule of law. Through fun activities and discussions, we encourage children to appreciate diversity, inclusion, and the importance of cheering each other on.

Coming This September: Our New Baby Garden at Main site! 🌱

We are delighted to be opening our brand-new Baby Garden this September, specially designed for our youngest explorers aged 0–18 months.

This beautiful outdoor space will provide a safe, sensory-rich environment where babies can discover the world around them through nature, movement, and play. From feeling different textures and listening to birdsong to enjoying fresh air and gentle outdoor experiences, the Baby Garden will support early development in a calm and nurturing setting.

We are excited to share that Little Pals Nursery has it's very own exhibit at the Tendring Show this year 🐄🐑🐕
Over the coming weeks our children will be busy creating beautiful, community themed art work that celebrates imagination, belonging and early years creativity 🎨✏️
We cannot wait for visitors to see the amazing things our children have achieved 💛. If you are attending the show come and find us in the Education Tent, we would love to share their wonderful work with you.

Our main site has been very busy creating a brand‑new growing patch in the garden! 🌼 The children have planted herbs, tomatoes, strawberries, runner beans and lots of other yummy things to enjoy once they’ve grown 🍅🍓🌿

Growing together helps children learn where food comes from, build responsibility, develop their senses and enjoy the magic of watching something they planted come to life 🌱✨

Our Forest Nursery Baby room opening from September 2026.

From the the age of 9 months babies start to move around and explore independently, this is perfect time to start introducing the sensory experiences that Forest Nursery provides. In our baby room we will introduce our babies to Forest Nursery by"

Sensory Exploration: Touching leaves, feeling dirt, and manipulating textures like pinecones, clay, and sand.

Mud Kitchens: Scooping, mixing, and pouring water or mud using pots and pans.

Physical Play: Navigating uneven forest floors, rolling logs, and crawling over soft moss.

Music & Movement: Tapping sticks on logs to explore sound, or sitting for singing and stories around a circle.

Nature Treasure Baskets: Exploring baskets filled with safe, larger natural materials and seasonal
