Today, we want to wish all of our wonderful Ladybird Leavers the very best of luck as they begin their exciting new adventure in Reception! 🎒🌟
It feels like only yesterday you walked through our doors, and now you are taking your next big step. We are so incredibly proud of each and every one of you and all that you have achieved during your time at Little Jimmys Preschool.
Remember to be kind, be brave, work hard, make new friends, and most importantly, be yourselves. 💙
Go and shine as bright as we know you all are! ✨ You have grown into confident, capable, and amazing little learners, and we know you are going to do wonderful things.
Although we will miss seeing your smiling faces every day, you will always be a special part of the Little Jimmys family, and we will forever be proud of you. 🫶

🌟 Welcome Back to Little Jimmys Preschool! 🌟
We are looking forward to welcoming all of our children and families back to preschool tomorrow, Thursday 3rd September, and can't wait to begin another exciting academic year together!
As we prepare for the new term, please ensure the following:
✅ Tapestry has been downloaded and is active. This is a mandatory requirement for all families, as important information and updates are shared through the platform.
✅ Blue Bags must contain: • A pack of face wipes • A full set of spare clothes
✅ Children who wear nappies must also have: • Enough nappies for the session • Spare clothes • Any creams or other personal care items required
✅ Any prescribed medication, including asthma inhalers/pumps, must be brought in and remain on site.
✅ Every child must have a water bottle, which will now be kept at preschool going forward.
📖 Term dates and policies have been issued via Tapestry. Please ensure you have read and familiarised yourself with these documents.
🆔 As part of our registration requirements, all children must have their birth certificate or photographic identification (such as a passport) checked. If you have not yet brought this in, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your childs placement with us.
💷 Snack and fee invoices will be issued on Thursday and Friday.

For new children starting with us in September please check your emails for your welcome email and also bookings in for stay and play sessions which are an essential part of our enrolment journey.

Any parents wanting to amend their childrens sessions please contact us via email to do so.

30 hour funding applications, you have until the 31st August to retrieve your code for the code to be valid for September-December 2026.

Our fabulous set up for our graduation ceremony. You would think after a few years it would be a little easier. Truth is it gets harder saying goodbye!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for choosing us to look after your precious children. We adore you all!
When we do our show arounds and I say to you, you will become part of our little Jimmy’s family and we will adore your children like our own. You know it’s no lie.
Please pop in and see us in September, we would love to see you in your new uniform.

Its a hard week this week. People under estimate the bond we grow with all of our children. Going from seeing rhem most days to watching then walk out the door on their last day always gets us. But we come together as a team and grow together through our passion and love for our job.

We love your children ! They are absolutely amazing little pickles! 🐞🐞🐞
