⭐️ Little dots staff ⭐️

Georgia our deputy Manager will be working in our little dots room alongside our new member of staff Lily.

Lily will be doing her level 2 apprentiship in early years whilst working alongside Georgia.

Lily has a lot of experience with babies and young children supporting her four younger siblings and is very much looking forward to continuing her journey to becoming an early years educator.

Welcome to our new member of staff Jess ♥️

Jess is a level three qualified practitioner and has worked for us in the passed whilst completing her training. She is a mum of three with a passion for supporting children and particularly children with additional needs.

Jess will work in the main preschool room to relieve Georgia parry who will be running our little dots room for us.

Jess will work with Georgia Pid, Andy and Scarlet Monday Tuesday and Wednesday all day.

We are really looking forward to welcoming her back in January and joining the team.

We are happy to invite prospective parents of under 2’s to come and view our new Little Dots Room created for children aged 0-2yo.

Meet the staff, view the areas designed to ignite their senses and encourage that all important learning and development, see where they will sleep and eat and learn how we will communicate daily with you.

Parents on our waiting list are encouraged to come in from 10-12pm to complete the registration forms.

All other parents interested are very welcome from 11:30 onwards.

CHILDCARE LEVEL 2 APPRENTICE … JANUARY 2025 START in our new BABY ROOM

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Apprentice to join our team.

Applicants must:

⭐️ be able to work using initiative and provide the best care and learning experiences for our babies.
⭐️ uphold strong parent partnerships.
⭐️ Full training will be given in safeguarding first aid and relevant CPD.

👶BABY ROOM COMING TO HOLLAND 👶

We are really excited to announce babies will be welcome to our Little dots room opening in January 2025.

We have met with the church today and have agreed with them to transform the rainbow room into our brand new Little dots! We will be accepting babies from 4 months old and accepting the new government funding for working families for babies from 9months old.

Our room will undergo a makeover with high quality resources and furniture for your little dots to explore, play, learn and be nurtured in a home from home setting. Our teams are already viewing other baby rooms, and beginning relevant training to give our babies the best opportunities.

Pictures and plans will be posted soon so keep your eyes pealed 👀

We can offer full support with funding and private enquiries.

Good evening All...
We currently have spaces for 2, 3 and 4 year olds at our lovely home from home feel nursery in Holland on sea. Soon to be opening our baby room January 2025, we have our waiting list open now.
We visit all our children at home prior to them starting and this starts off the settling process and allows the children to trust us and be excited about starting.
We can provide excellent SEND support with our area SENDco Leigh who will assist parents with the process of referral or applying for an EHCP if required for their journey to school.
We have a lovely outdoor space as well as a lovely hall we are always providing fun and exciting activities for the children to really enjoy whilst they learn.

Hello everyone on Friday it’s children in need as we are closed Fridays we will be celebrating this Thursday !
We are asking all children to come in dressed in their pyjamas for a small donation of £1 to go towards the children in need 😁

Exciting news!

Today letters have gone out to our families and children to invite them onto our Christmas trip to the mercury theatre in Colchester to see the ho ho ho Christmas show. The children will be travelling by coach with tendring travel and we are super excited for them! A huge part of being in yellow brick rd nurseries is about us giving the children opportunities to experience the community, ways of travel and things they may not be able to experience in home life. We are dedicated to closing the gaps and ensure our children all get the same opportunities.

Look out for your letters this week and we hope you can all support us with the voluntary contribution of £10 as the travel is very costly. If you would like to speak to us about the trip and how this is going to be staffed and organised please give Georgie or your nursery manager a call anytime. :)

Our Holland on sea setting has been refreshed with lots and lots of new resources and areas set up ready for tomorrow 😊

We have created a new quiet area using the gazebo and quality resources for self regulation, the space will be accessible freely to the children with the option to zip the doors and use the space for one to one and small group activities.

We have completely refreshed the small world and construction area as well as the art area too!

As well as all of this we have purchased some new learning resources and equipment that will be used in their group activities adult led to work on next steps.

We are really excited to welcome the children and staff back tomorrow after a lovely week off and see how they engage with our new resources, we hope you like it too!

We are all set up and ready.

We are loving our extended home corner and so are the children. We are also in the process of making our children a lovely quiet cozy corner so watch this space.
