It's the day of the fayre!
Gates open at 5pm. Street parking is available on the roads surrounding the school but please park considerately so that our neighbours' driveways are not blocked and there would be room for emergency services to get through should they need to.
This is a cash only event, both on the gate and all of the stalls.
Raffle tickets will be on sale in the hall - we have some great prizes...even more have been added since this photo was taken!
In the hall, there will be a range of craft stalls from local businesses as well as stalls run by children from each of our classes who are having a competition to see which class can make the most profit from their home-made crafts! Please do support them if you can.
Our BBQ will be serving hotdogs and burgers (vegetarian option available) and we have a hot chocolate stall where you can customise your drink to keep you warm while you wait for our firework finale!
And don't forget to visit the main man himself in his festive grotto! Just £3 per child, including craft and a chocolate gift.
We look forward to seeing lots of you this evening!

Please find attached a copy of the letter issued today via Class Dojo and emailed to all our Year 6 families. This outlines our planned phased 're-opening' from June and some of the measures that we will be implementing, based on our detailed risk assessment, to ensure our school is as safe as it can be in the current climate. In the meantime, our local hub with Burrsville Infant Academy continues to open over the half term holiday (with the exception of Monday 25th May) for all of our children currently attending within the priority groups.

Apologies for the late Sunday evening post but following the Prime Minister's statement this evening, I would like to summarise our current position.
The Prime Minister has suggested that, subject to the R-Rate continuing to decline, we might see a phased return to school from 1st June for children in Years R, 1 and 6. He has also suggested that that those going into their final examinations (current Year 10 and 12) may see some schooling before the summer holidays.
As part of the announcement, the Prime Minister also said that where you are unable to work from home, you are encouraged to return to work from next week. I must stress that currently, the school remains open only for those children of critical workers who have attended the provision over the past few weeks.
We will await further guidance from the government in the coming days as obviously there has been no details provided at this stage. I understand that many of you will have questions but currently, this is all the information that we have. I will be in touch over the coming days as further information is shared.

A national parent helpline has been set up, known as StarLine, and backed by the new virtual Oak Academy, as well as Star Academies, the Confederation of School Trusts, Triple P UK and a number of academy trusts. It is also staffed by Ofsted inspectors who have been redeployed alongside teachers to provide advice about home learning to parents. The helpline is designed to help parents and carers create regular routines and study habits, offering practical steps to take and access to resources, such as support with a specific topic or advice on how to structure the day, deal with difficult behaviour or manage the learning of several children.
StarLine is open six days a week and covers all areas of the curriculum across all phases of education. The number to call is 0330 313 9162 (calls charged at local rate).
Further information can be found at https://www.starline.org.uk/
